50+ Yoga
A gentle, supportive practice designed to build confidence, improve mobility, and create ease in the body. Perfect for those wanting to reconnect with movement in a safe and encouraging way. Expect slow, intentional stretching, balance support, joint mobility, and strengthening movements that feel accessible - never intimidating.
Chair-Only Yoga
A full yoga class done entirely from a chair - no getting down onto the floor. Ideal for beginners, seniors, office workers, or anyone who wants movement without strain. Increase circulation, release tension, improve posture, and fine ease in the shoulders, hips, and spine.
Midday Mobility Break
A refreshing reset designed to break up your day and boost energy without breaking a sweat. Includes gentle stretching, feel-good mobility, breath work, and simple movements you can take into the rest of your afternoon. Perfect for work-from-home professionals or anyone who needs a mental and physical pause.
Little Yogi & Me
A fun, interactive class designed for caregivers and little ones of any age. Expect simple movement, playful breathing, easy stretches, and bonding moments - all done with a relaxed, zero-pressure approach. A beautiful way to move together, laugh together, and introduce children to mindful movement.
Intro to Yoga
Perfect for absolute beginners or anyone returning to the mat after a long break. We’ll slowly move through foundational poses, breath work, and alignment in a supportive and welcoming environment. Expect clear instructions, lots of variations, and a class that builds confidence without overwhelm.
